    CMR & Associates Governance Consulting, founded in 1996 by Catherine M. Raso MBA, offers custom-designed governance education and development services which are based on the individual needs of boards. All services are based on the key universal principles of governance and begin with a thorough governance analysis, document review and interviews with key governance players, including the board chair and CEO. CMR has also developed an on-line, confidential governance survey system to analyze a board's strengths and weaknesses, upon which governance development recommendations are then developed.

Has instructed in Continuing Education non-profit management courses at McMaster University and Mohawk College in Hamilton.
